You’ll be renting a private room in a home occupied by the homeowner. There’s a full-size bed in the bedroom. While the homeowner lives on-site, your privacy will be respected with limited interaction unless requested. Entry and exit must be through the private basement back door—no exceptions—to ensure discretion and comfort for all.

Pricing Structure:
Short-Term Stay (1–14 days): \$90 per day.
Long-Term Stay (15+ days): \$800 per month, including all utilities.
$800 is non-refundable, $800 due in full prior to move-in. Move-in must take place within 3 days.
There’s a second room available if needed-requires an additional $300 per month, or $50 per day. Second room has a full-size bed and a closet. There is a half-finished bathroom in the basement with a toilet and shower. One washer and dryer are available and appear as they are pictured.
If rent is not received by the 5th of the month, the renter is required to remove all personal belongings and vacate the premises within 2 business days.
If moving out, all personal belongings must be removed by the 5th of the following month (for example, if not staying past April, you must fully vacate by May 5).
Renters must return any borrowed items and relinquish all electronic lock passcodes provided during the stay.
Private access information, including electronic passcodes, must not be shared with anyone under any circumstances.

Cleanliness is Mandatory: All clothing must be heat-treated in our professional-grade bed bug heat chamber upon arrival.
Tenants must be obsessively clean. This includes spotless kitchen cleanup, keeping personal areas neat, and a monthly cleaning fee is included.
The tenant is responsible for collecting all trash throughout the house and placing it in the trashcan on the patio by 11 PM every Wednesday, unless it is necessary to do so sooner.
Additionally, the tenant must take the trash to the curb by 11 PM every Thursday.
No odorous food waste (such as crabs, bones, scraps, or similar items) may be left inside the house at any time to maintain cleanliness and prevent pests.
Dress Code: Shirt and pants/shorts must be worn in all shared spaces.
