Location, location, location, folks. When you're blocks from Baltimore Ave, Clark Park and the Septa Train - not to mention the trolley right outside your door - it's kind of hard not to be boastful about this apartment. But beyond it's location, this place gives quintessential West Philly vibes: original hardwoods, quirky built-ins, original ceramic tiles (not the "timeless" tiles they sell at Home Depot), and one bedroom has a loft that *could* for sleeping, if one dares to do such a thing. But with all this old fashioned charm, you do get the amenities, like a dishwasher, garbage disposal, and there is laundry in the adjoining twin's basement. All in all, come see it - fall in love with the location and stay for a year (and hopefully more).
