Rent at this home is promotionally discounted through 05/31/27. The contracted rent is $3,500 per month before promotional discounts. A promotional discount reduces rent to $2,595 per month through 5/31/27. Beginning 6/1/27, the promotion ends and the contracted rent of $3,500 per month applies.

We rent on a first-come, first-serve basis to the first approved applicant/applicant group to complete their application process. Applications include credit/background/eviction history screening. The nonrefundable screening fee is $10 per adult applicant.
