Access & Parking: This unit is only accessible via the alleyway running between S Santa Fe Ave and S Tacoma Ave. The alleyway is paved but aged, with worn and uneven pavement. There is no street-facing driveway access to the unit.

Shared Laundry: A washer and dryer are available for tenant use. The laundry room is located at the back of the main house and is accessed through the shared back yard.

Please note: As an ADU, this unit shares the address of the main house. A PO Box is recommended for personal mail. Packages and deliveries sent to the address will arrive at the front house -- tenant should check there for deliveries. Trash must be wheeled to the end of the road on collection days.
