Verified residentReview source: verified residentLocation has easy access to major restaurants and fast food locations. Also, very close to the strip and Freemont St. Twain Estates has only a pool for residents, no other amenities are offered. The front office staff and maintenance personnel are amazing. They are very responsible and are always willing to go above and beyond to help you. They are fast and efficient to fix any problems that may arise. When it comes to noise it is only due to a major street with heavy traffic throughout the day. Apartments are very beautiful and cleaned to guest expectations. Overall I give Twain Estates 8 out of 10.
