This 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom downstairs apartment has gas heat, a/c, with hardwood floors, there is coin laundry available in the adjacent building. Stove, refrigerator, microwave, and water are included in the monthly rent. Call our office if you are interested at 336-722-1137! You may come to our office between 8:30 a.m. and 5 p.m. to check out a key. We require a refundable $10.00 deposit per key, cash only, and a photocopy of a government issued ID. You will have 24 hours to return keys checked out Monday-Thursday, any keys checked out on Friday must be checked out before 4 p.m. and be returned by 5 p.m. on the same day. We conditionally allow pets with a onetime non-refundable pet fee, dog breed must be approved. Apartments have a 20 LB weight restriction on pets.
