Verified residentReview source: verified residentFor rent to be what the price is I anticipated more but The location is amazing but I’m not really offered any amenities like there’s no pool no gym. I would rather my yard fenced off since my neighbor doesn’t have boundaries with her dog. There’s only one maintenance man so when there’s a problem needing fixed it takes a few days because he has 2 properties he maintains.
