There is no nurse! Maintenance is excellent. The exercise room has very little to offer. Studio is tenor tiny. No stove just a cook top. The microwave is an air fryer and oven! No countetspace paying for water in lease yet water main break 3 days maybe 2 hours each of the 3 days are we getting reimbursed for that time when we had no water. Outside grounds are dirty with residents tossing beer cans in paper bags on the grounds soda plastic bottles left on the property rubbish on the property and not from the homeless but from the residents living here. Countless cigarette butts in the grounds. Guys sitting by outside smoking weed it is ridiculous! Had I known all of this despite being homeless myself I would have never been so zealous about trying to move in here and would never recommend this property to anyone. The management team is compassionate and knowledgeable and very helpful I must give kudos where they should be given the other hiccups could be fixed if more security was provided and enforced. Place trash barrels around the premises and fine those who litter , have residents with pets adhere to picking up pet Pooh, no more littering in or out of the property and no more smoking weed on the grounds that disrupts other residents, keep your loud music to yourself whether in your car or sitting outside next to a residents window as it is rude, use ear pods!
