The second floor has the remaining four bedrooms and second full bathroom, along with a large laundry area.

Unit 2 is a small studio apartment that offers a great option for living solo in Kerrytown. The apartment has a living room/bedroom area that opens up to the kitchen, and the full bathroom is around the corner. Unit 2 has it's own entrance from the back of the house, but it does not have access to the laundry area located in unit 1.
