They don’t know how to problem solve it is so noisy here they don’t hold tenants to the lease they don’t require the carpet as required in the lease so all you hear is dragging across the floors and banging 24/7. Amenities say 24 hours but they’re lying. They lock the gym around 9/10. Over priced for sure for the lack of peace and convenience. There’s dog urine in the elevator and throughout the floors
