Verified residentReview source: verified residentThe property itself is beautiful. The amenities are great and appeal to a wide variety of interests. The neighborhood that the property is lovely in is family oriented. The community is usually fairly quiet with minimal issues. Bristol Court has allowed a lot of less than ideal individuals move in and the community is slowly going down hill. The common areas are littered with trash, food, and other waste. The carpet in the hallways is stained or torn in several areas. The walls have holes in them or the paint is damaged. Fixtures around the building are also broken. Door handles falling off the front door, light fixtures being broken, exposed wires hanging out of switches and outlets. Mind you this is a new building and there are still units that haven’t been lived in yet. Management isn’t up keeping the building and if you report issues with the building or residents, they just laugh it off. I initially enjoyed living here and recommended it to a friend who later also leased a unit at Bristol Court. We are both extremely disappointed with our overall experience at Bristol Court. I will not be renewing my lease nor recommending this property to anyone.
