Single Room with Private Bath The Highland House is a family-owned, two-family house. The rate is $350 per week for single occupancy. Add the $400 room deposit, a $25 key deposit (completely refundable after departure), and the first week ($400) to move in for only $775.00. We ask for a simple, written two-week notice to depart. The unit is fully furnished with a full-size bed (linens included), all utilities, a private entrance, separate heating, a 43-inch Smart TV, and the highest Fios wired internet speeds with Wi-Fi. All of our units are non-smoking. Our guests are always nice and well-behaved. We pride ourselves on offering a clean, quiet, and safe place to stay. The town of Sharon was considered one of the safest places in the US by Forbes 500 magazine. It is a "stone's throw" away from beautiful Lake Massapoag.
