How to Apply
The applicant/s is to submit an application and provide two months of paystubs that show a steady income of at least twice the amount to rent cost plus the last 2 years of W2s (or tax return if you are 1099).

Once the application is sent, the applicant will receive a link for the credit/background check (soft pull). The applicant is responsible for paying the credit/background check via the website.
Once the applicant is approved, the applicant is responsible for providing a copy of the Renter's insurance, the first month of rent, signing up for utilities, and providing a $2,650 security deposit.
