The lease term is one year. Water & sewer are included. Smoking or vaping is not permitted, and no pets are allowed. Applicants must have a minimum monthly gross income of 2.5 times the rent and a FICO score of 675 or higher. There is a $22 application fee per adult applicant, and proof of renter's insurance is required prior to move-in.
