At Viera at Whitemarsh we are happy to be part of the vibrant community and fully embrace its energy and culture. Residents of our apartments live near the portal to the mainland, the Thunderbolt Bridge. Residents from all walks of life live on Whitemarsh Island. While living on an island may seem isolating, it is so close to the mainland, that many employees of major employers make the commute every day. Our efficient floor plans ensure that residents will feel comfortable in their apartment home due to the space maximizing design. In the apartment home washer and dryers make washing clothes convenient. Generous closets and balconies/patios provide extra storage space, and select homes even have wood burning fireplaces. In the kitchens faux granite countertops are both practical and beautiful, and stainless steel appliances come in the newly renovated homes. Community amenities such as a large pool, tennis courts, and fitness center are just some of the luxuries that our residents enjoy.
