Guidelines for our rentals. Below are the rental requirements.

* $20.00 key deposit is required to check out the key. You can check out a key anytime Monday thru Friday 8am-3:00 pm. Key must be returned no later than 4:30 the same day. No Appointment needed. * $125.00 non - refundable application fee
* Please have all documents and deposits available at time of your rental application.
* You may access our online application at https://galinmortgage.managebuilding.com/Resident/rental-application
* All Applications must be completed entirely, and all documentation must be attached at time of completion of the application (All documents must have your name and employers name visible.)
* 1 month of pay stubs- (ex: weekly pay- 4 pay stubs, twice a month- 2 pay stubs. All information must be attached in the link above for application to be processed.
o Income - Must be 2.5 times of your NET income.
* Employment Verification- Your employer must be able to verify your employment.
* No Dispossessory's.
* Holding Fees-holding fees must be received in cash/money order/electronic payment and are required to hold the property.
* First Month's Rent - This will be due the same time as your holding fee.
* Proof of established utilities is needed prior to move in
* Properties may not be available to move into immediately once your application is processed, we can schedule a move in date and time. Some properties may take 2-3 weeks to move in.

All rentals are on a first come first served basis and we do not hold any properties without a holding fee and first month's rent.

Renters and lease renewals will be required to have rental insurance in the amount of $100,000.00 liability policy.
