Verified residentReview source: verified residentGreat location. Staff at the leasing office is very friendly and helpful. I have a few issues with the unit as the stairs are usually dirty and there is a constant smell of cigarettes and cannabis even though the property is now a non-smoking community. My air-conditioning unit isn't the most efficient and runs constantly. I am expecting a lofty power bill this month. I had to clean the filters and personally vacuum and cleanm the vents as the maintenance team wasn't the most knowledgeable about HVAC systems. My condenser coils were clogged and had to be thoroughly cleaned, which I ended up doing myself, after multiple visits from the maintenance team. Hopefully my experience improves as time progresses, but currently there is room for improvement
