Water and trash services are also included in the rent; tenants are responsible for all other utilities. Situated in a convenient location with easy access to Bobby Jones Expressway, I-20, Fort Eisenhower, shopping, dining, and more—this home offers both comfort and accessibility. RENT SECURITY DEPOSIT INFORMATION: Rent for this home is only $1,195.00 per month. The tenant(s) is/are responsible for all utilities (electric, gas, water, trash). The security deposit is $1,195.00 with an approved application if all minimum requirements are met, however, the security deposit may increase to double ($1,195.00). If approved, the security deposit must be paid and lease signed within 48 HOURS of approval in order to secure the home and remove it from the market. The security deposit, first month's rent, and fees are required to be paid in the form of a bank certified check or money orders only. APPLICATIONS FEES: Applications are a non-refundable $85.00 per person. Each person 18 or older is required to place an application. NO ZILLOW APPLICATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED. The only applications accepted are through our company website at www.rentbhgaugusta.com. One-time new tenant admin fees total $120.00 and will be due if approved and at the same time as first month's rent. QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: The owners base acceptance on a combination of credit score, rental history, and total monthly income. Credit Score: A score of 610 or higher is preferred. We verify that you have no unpaid rent and/or utility bills. Rental History: We verify that applicants are in good standing with current/previous landlords and that the applicant does not owe any outstanding rent or fees to previous or current landlords. We also ensure there have been no evictions in the last five years. A criminal background check will also be completed. Income: Combined monthly income must be at least 3.5 times the monthly rent (i.e., 3.5 x $1,195.00 = $4,182.50). ALL pets, including service animals, must be included on your original application. APPLICATION PROCESS, FEES, AND APPROVAL: Application Fee: $85.00 per person (non-refundable). EACH individual 18 or older is REQUIRED to submit a separate application. Separate email and phone numbers are required per application. Admin Fee: There are one-time admin fees that total $120.00 and they are due with first month's rent and fees (on or before move-in day). *** Applications are only accepted through our company website at rentbhgaugusta.com. WE DO NOT ACCEPT APPLICATIONS FROM OTHER SOURCES (i.e. Zillow). *** To secure the rental, an application must be accepted, the security deposit must be paid, and the lease signed within 48 hours of approval. Approval typically takes between 1-3 business days once all applications are submitted along with all required information (bank statements, ID, income verification, verified residential history, etc). Approval time depends on how long it takes to received all required information and verification.
