Condo includes a walk-in closet, an inside utility room with front load washer and dryer and a screened porch with storage closet. Located near USF and a quick commute to downtown Tampa. Community features a clubhouse, fitness center, pools, sand volleyball court and an onsite laundry facility. If you decide to apply, there is a $100 application fee per adult. Anyone aged 18 or older who will reside in the property must submit an application. As part of the screening process, we will check your credit report, review for any recent evictions, perform a background screening, verify employment, and confirm that income is sufficient and verifiable, along with checking previous landlord references.
