Tenant is responsible for landscaping and all utilities, including the cost of community Spectrum cable and internet at $57.87 per month, which will be due with monthly rent payment. HOA Fees, rules and regulations, home square footage, and lot sizes should be independently verified. Tenants are solely responsible for the cost of obtaining gate passes, amenity passes, and mailbox keys. All applications must be submitted online at www.ourrentalservice.com at $75 per person; separate applications for each member of household 18 yo+. Applications can take up to 3-5 business days following to approve an application. All applicants will be emailed with a final response to application, do not call for a status update.
