A driver’s license or state issued photo ID is required before you can take a tour. We qualify everyone equally and approval is subject to a full background and credit check (preferred score of 580 or higher). Previous evictions, verifiable rental history, gross income of at least 3 times the rent and $55 application fee per adult (18+) living in the home. Each adult must fill out a separate application. Applications are processed in the order received.
