If I could give zero stars, I would. My experience at Mosby Citrus Ridge was one of the most disappointing I’ve ever had with an apartment community. The property might look nice on the outside, but the management is absolutely terrible. The property manager is unprofessional, unresponsive, and completely lacks basic customer service skills. Trying to get help or even a simple answer from them felt like pulling teeth. It’s clear they are not there to support residents — only to collect rent. Even worse, the regional manager is just as bad, if not worse. Concerns brought to them were brushed off or ignored entirely. Instead of resolving problems, they seem more focused on defending poor behavior from staff and making excuses. It’s incredibly frustrating when the people who are supposed to be in charge are the ones enabling the chaos. Don’t let the amenities fool you — this place is not worth the stress or the money. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere. Residents deserve better than this. ⸻ Let me know if you want it more casual, angrier, or softened a bit.
Amenities are great however those living here don’t take in consideration of others and they abuse the use of certain resources. Parking sucks because you are only able to have one car per individual in each unit so if you have a work or travel vehicle separate from your everyday vehicle you will not be able to live here unless you are willing to pay an additional fee for a parking garage which is first come first served because they have limited amount. I understand limited parking to some extent but I believe you should just be made to pay a one time parking fee for ONE extra vehicle that is registered to you. Also unfortunately like most of the apartments here in Florida you can not only here the sound of the highway but also your neighbors walking, talking etc I don’t get why many of these apartments don’t offer noise reduction built homes or apartments this is a hurricane and tornado state but yet the builders and owners don’t see the need to use cement and concrete structures to help with privacy and safety along with some peace of mind. My neighbor below me literally knocked on my door to complain that I’m constantly walking around????🤔🤔 well if I’m cleaning my Two Bedroom and TWO Bath apartment hmmm I may need to move around sorry 😳 majority of the day I am away at work and a portion of the day I’m sitting on my couch trying to relax or perhaps on my screened in deck which I love don’t get me wrong this place is BEAUTIFUL it gives you resort and vacation vibes and every unit offers sooo much space and each has a designated laundry room etc it’s lovely just has the few things I mentioned that could be nice. Management and maintenance are GREAT truly and I love the way the clubhouse is designed and set up the gym is EXCELLENT has all that you need. I truly enjoy the events and planning that goes into it as well as the communication from management got any issues or events taking place they have an awesome rewards program overall this is a great place to be I would recommend as I already have. Oh and cleanliness is FIVE STARS for all areas of the community. Hope this review helps someone deciding where to live.
