Criteria for Application Approval:

* $50 Application Fee per adult 18+
* Community approval required - Additional application fee of $100 to be paid to the community Association
* Household income of 2.5 times the rent or higher required
* 600+ Credit Score
If the credit score is lower due to medical bills or student loans, the application can still be approved with a higher security deposit.
* No Rental Debt- If you left a past landlord hanging, we'll pass.
* No Utility Debt- Need to keep the lights on!
* No Evictions and Open Bankruptcies are a hard no.
* Criminal background checks are done on all adults.
