Verified residentReview source: verified residentThis is my second time living at Deerpath on the Lake. It is a lovely property, with lots of shade trees and walkable areas. It's quiet and peaceful. The apartments are spacious and well-appointed. As an older complex, DPOTL has a charming vibe. The leasing office staff I dealt with (Jodi and Janessa) were very helpful during the application process and patiently answered all of my questions. I had a few minor move-in maintenance requests, which Raul handled immediately. I am very happy living here and highly recommend this community.
