Welcome to Altamira Place Apartment Homes, the best blend of luxury and convenience in the Altamonte Springs area of Orlando. Our quiet community is approximately one mile from I-4. You'll be within walking distance of Uptowne Altamonte and Cranes Roost Park, Altamonte Mall theatres, restaurants, and entertainment. Several prestigious schools of Seminole County are near, including Altamonte Elementary, Milwee Middle School and Lyman High School. We offer several unique floor plans of our one and two-bedroom apartment homes. All first floor apartments feature ceramic tile and new carpet. Select homes offer a wood burning fireplace, and all apartments include name brand appliances, built-in-microwave, washer and dryer, 42" maple cabinets, and track lighting. Residents are welcome to enjoy our sparkling swimming pool state of the art fitness center. We are currently offering self-guided tour appointments.
