I have had numerous issues with this property management company, including a contractor in the property manager working together on the fire Suppression system and not shutting it off properly and flooding mine and for other peoples department, everyone else was relocated except for me. There were numerous issues without situation. I was out of my apartment for seven weeks paying more money for a smaller apartment. They have the washers and dryers going, they lock the clubhouse, the pool was broken for half of the summer and it’s not properly maintained is not properly maintained the ground properly maintained. There was a situation where someone was allowed to park in the parking lot basically where they were attacking resident and police had to be involved none of the property management will be honest about what’s going on it’s going into foreclosure. Nobody will tell us what’s happening with that is being auctioned off October 30 or 31st and no one will give us any information. They’re forcing people out on the street because they started with being a low income property and then switched , so multiple elderly resident are being forced out I have hours of videos of problem after problem after problem they’re charging 1400+ a month for tiny hotel room, but they turned into apartments and are taking advantage of low income, disabled people they had an ADA wheelchair on the second floor with no stair ramp for two years of him, asking to be moved to the first floor floor every time the fire alarm went off, which it went off multiple times the city knows that the fire system is not OK too. Every time the system would go off he would be stuck. They are not honest with new residents or current residents I could honestly go on for hours about how many awful thing they have done mainly during flooding but I will end by saying DO NOT RENT FROM VIVO LIVING LONGMONT
