Lease terms:

$800 monthly due on the 1st of the month.

Lease duration is negotiable from 3, 6 or 12-months or we could start out with a month-to-month basis. Let's discuss it!

Refundable Security Deposit of $800 due upon execution of lease. The Landlord will return the Security Deposit at the end of this tenancy, less such deductions as provided in this Lease, but no deduction will be made for damage due to reasonable wear and tear nor for any deduction prohibited by the Act.
