The home was custom built and has all the upgrades you could want. As you walk in the front door you will immediately notice the open layout. There are beautiful floors throughout the main level with only the bedrooms containing carpet. The main floor has a wide open living room with a gas fireplace. The living room connects to the gourmet kitchen with many great features including granite countertops, tons of cabinet space, a gas range, and stainless appliances. There is an informal dining room attached to the kitchen with a door that goes out to the large deck. There is also a sliding door from the living room that allows you to go onto the deck as well. As seen in the photos, the deck has beautiful views of the surrounding landscape. Patio heater will be left behind for the tenant to have the option to use.

The guest bedrooms are on the opposite end of the home from the master bedroom for additional privacy. These bedrooms are both spacious and located close to the guest bathroom. The master suite on the opposite end of the home is very large with an attached master bathroom featuring an oversized bathtub, walk-in shower, and even heated tile floors. There is also a large walk-in closet in the master bathroom.

There is a large powder/laundry room located right inside the home as you come in from the 3 car insulated garage. The walk-out basement goes to the backyard and is covered by the sealed deck above to keep you dry during inclement weather. The home has central heating and air. There is a separate thermostat in the basement allowing you to adjust heat separately. There is also a whole house humidifier that will allow you to adjusting the humidity levels in the home. All utilities will need to be put into the tenants name. Home is dog friendly for an additional deposit as well as monthly pet rent. Only one dog allowed and there are size and breed restrictions. Sorry no cats allowed. Washer and dryer included.

This home is proudly managed by PMI Parker. We have the same requirements for all our properties, and these requirements are listed below. All advertised rent prices include a benefits package that includes an HVAC filter replacement plan, resident liability insurance coverage, access to a tenant portal allowing you multiple ways to pay rent, as well as access to a 24/7 emergency maintenance number. The portal charges a $1.95 fee each time a rent payment is made via ACH.

First and last months rent may be required depending on screening.

A security deposit equaling one-month rent is due to lease the property.

There is a one-time $99 lease initiation fee due at lease signing.

Low credit applicants may be required to enroll in our high-risk tenant program at a cost of 3% monthly rent.

Pets are allowed in the property, there will be the following pet related charges

$100 Pet initiation fee

$250 Pet deposit +$50 for each additional pet

Monthly pet rent determined by size of pet not to exceed $50 per month per pet
Pets must pass on our partner website www.petscreening.com. This website charges $20 per pet.
