This is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom home and I am looking to rent out 1 bedroom for $1150. You will have your own bathroom and a garage space. The shared areas include a kitchen, living room, dining room, and laundry room. There is plenty of storage available in the garage or in the shed out back.

The location is convenient: it’s a 3min drive(10min walk) to Olde Town Arvada, the same distance to the Olde Town Arvada train station, and just 20 minutes to downtown Denver. It's also close to I-70, making it easy to head to the mountains.
