After living here for about a month, I am very pleased with my decision to move in. Having owned my own home for over 20 years, I transitioned to apartment living with a bit of healthy skepticism based on others' rental horror stories. However, Management and Maintenance have been nothing short of exceptional — their responsiveness and genuine care have been a breath of fresh air. I also find the amenities to be top-tier and am looking forward to enjoying the pool area once the weather warms up. I rated Parking, Location, and Value as 'somewhat satisfied' due to a few minor trade-offs: Parking: While the facilities are good, tenant and guest parking is a bit scarce. My assigned spot is further from my entrance than preferred, which makes unloading larger items a bit of a trek. Location: The proximity to Mid-town is a plus. However, being tucked into this river bend means highway access (I-80/I-5) is a somewhat limited. Additionally, while I enjoy neighborhood walks and runs, the nearby encampments can make foot exploration feel a bit unnerving at times. Value: The rent is at the top of my budget, but the quality of the high-end furnishings and a generous move-in special made the decision easy. Overall, the 'higher-end' feel is evident throughout the property. I haven’t regretted my move for a second!
