The en-suite bathroom is a true retreat, featuring marble floors and counters, a deep jacuzzi tub with a 40" flatscreen TV above it, and a multi-head luxury shower with a rainfall feature.
The suite includes a kitchenette equipped with a Starbucks barista espresso machine, a large mini-fridge with freezer compartment, and a multifunction Ninja toaster oven/air fryer.
The house uses a well to pull water straight from the earth and is not only a pleasure to shower/bathe in but its also incredible drinking water as it is naturally alkaline, tests next to zero for hard metals and contaminants and contains a good amount of salts and minerals. Still, a Waterdrop dispenser filter system will be provided, along with new pillows, new sheets, new towels, dish-ware and silverware, as well as a vacuum, Swiffer sweepers and a Roomba.
