The kitchen is outfitted for gourmands, with Viking stainless appliances, a Breville espresso machine, chef-grade tools, and a sociable breakfast bar. Indoor-outdoor Sonos sound, fiber-based WiFi, a Nest thermostat, and Ring doorbell/camera round out the modern comforts.
