Pricing, floor plans, pictures and availability are different for each community. I have included a link to each community’s direct website. Pricing can adjust daily and will change depending on your move in date and length of lease term you choose. It will also quote you the best rate and lease term being offered for that unit.

Applications can be submitted electronically via the website as well. You will need to upload a copy of your photo I.D., proof of income to cover a 30 day period and pay a $40 processing fee per adult applicant. Processing generally takes 24-48 hours. Deposits range from $800-$1200 O.A.C. Upon approval you can pay the deposit to hold a unit and lock in your monthly rate.

Pets are accepted with an additional deposit and pet rent is $25/month per pet. There is no weight limit, however breed restrictions apply. If you are applying with a pet or service animal, you will be asked to complete an animal application in addition to your rental application (there is not an additional processing fee for this).

Tours/Viewing are generally available Monday through Friday from 8am-3pm. The available date is when the apartment home will become available for tours/viewings and move in.

Renters Insurance is required.
