Our beautiful house is located in one of the best areas in Claremont, right under the mountain, north of Freeway 210, which has really fresh air, flowers, trees, birds, squares, rabbits are everywhere . It is a really quilt, peaceful and wonderful neighborhood, full of positive energy. It is just a few steps to the famous Stephens Creek Trail- Three community parks are a few blocks away. Although there are no crowds and shops within walking distance, the famous Claremont Village, Claremont colleges with all kinds of restaurants and shops is only a few minutes drive- All the center of town, train station, banks and library, post office etc, and the highway entrance are all within a few minutes drive. It looks very charming and clean. We provide one parking space on the driveway for you to use. We ask $1180 a month rent which includes utilities, laundry, wireless internet and parking.
