This unique area just below Snow Summit is so very special that $1,750 is a great deal for a Unique Long Term Tenant Match! So I may take a little longer and screen applicants more thoroughly than other Land Lords.
The best new tenant match for this VERY UNIQUE housing opportunity is typically someone who lives and works in Big Bear all year around. But this unique opportunity may also be a match with a professional with a main home down the mountain and use #4 as a weekend retreat , study, office, please, ski resort retreat.
