Located in the Miramonte neighborhood, two miles from the U of A. Near shopping, trendy restaurants, and movie theaters.

The Palace is 2 miles east of the University of Arizona and near many other desirable landmarks. Our community is on a quiet street near medical labs and offices, two small parks, and several commercial districts. A CVS drugstore is around the corner. El Con Mall, Charter schools, the Desert Springs Academy and the top-ranked Basis elementary school are a 10-minute walk away. Loft Theater, Whole Foods Grocery, public tennis courts/golf courses, and many restaurants are all less than a mile away. The Palace is a 3-minute walk from a stop on the #3 bus line, which runs straight to the UA.

All units are recently upgraded and many have tile floors. Each unit has front and rear (parking lot) entrances. One and two bedroom apartment homes have assigned covered parking included. All utilities are paid by the complex and billed in a monthly RUBS flat rate. Only internet and cable need to be setup with the company of your choice.
