    No parking spots at any point in time unless you pay monthly. Not all parking is covered which in Arizona it should be. Roaches outside the pool area. Fences that are for safety do not close at night. Even though every person has a card to get in if they need. Always noisy at night even with the accommodations such as "quiet hours". Just a poor overall home. No communication with the owners. Having abandoned cars be here and taking spots for people that need them.
