4. First Come, First Served: Completed applications are processed in the order they are received.
5. Application Review: Your completed application will be reviewed for approval or denial.
6. Pay Hold Deposit: If approved, submit the signed agreement and required deposit within 24 hours.
7. Sign the Lease: Sign the lease within three days of paying the hold deposit and complete all move-in requirements.
