POOL HEATING
>$125/day (full stay required, 2 day notice required, heated to 88 degrees)

PROPANE
>We try to keep our propane tanks full, but we aren't always sure. If you have to go fill the tank, please send us the receipt so we can reimburse you.

DEPOSIT
>We may ask for a $250 deposit hold, or $500 for holidays
