Really Nice home in a great Goodyear community. built in 2002, 2 bedrooms and a den with closet, 2 bathrooms, Large Master, Spacious kitchen, nice size backyard big patio area for BBQ, close to schools and shopping center... This one won't last. Water Softener, R/O system and Washer are not warranted by the owner.
