Filling out the online pre-approval application is relatively simple. Just go to our online website at http://www.myhomepathproperties.com and click on the “Available Homes” tab at the top of the screen. On the next screen, select the “HERE” link under the photo. This will bring you to the page of our homes available for rent. Then select the home you are interested in. This will take you to a page with more specific information about the property. At the top of the page there will be a blue link “Apply for this property”. Once you click that, you will be able to fill out the online application.

After you fill out the online application – be on the lookout for an email with a link for you to authorize us to run your credit and background screening. NOTE: your application will not be processed or sent to us without you giving us your consent thought this link.

Once you are pre-approved, we can set up a date for you to take a personal tour of our homes.
