There are 2 separate units. Upper and lower. Both are accessible from the exterior of the building only. The lower has 2 entrances. The upper has one.
The lower maintains 2 bedrooms, a living room a large eat in kitchen and a bath.
The upper has one bedroom a small kitchen, and a living room that can be converted to another bedroom.
Heat operates off of one thermostat for both units. We Energies for both the upper and lower are again, together on one bill.

* 2 baths
* 4 bedrooms possible with conversion of the upper living room.
*** Strong possibility for a commercial Group Home. This is subject to all local, state, and federal licensing and required permits along with the proper insurance. There will be a different lease structure in place for a business. Please ask for Joe pertaining to details of a Group Home.

Our Rental Criteria: - All family members over the age of 18 are required to complete a rental application.
- Application fee is $40.00 Non-refundable. $20.00 is applied to your background check, $20.00 is for the office for processing.
- Monthly gross income must equal or exceed three times the monthly rent. - Your credit score to apply for any unit must be at a minimum score of at least 525 to be accepted for a review
- Income must be from a verifiable source, no cash paying jobs or temporary positions will qualify.
- Proof of identification is required. Your valid State ID, Driver's license or passport are acceptable.
- 3+ years of rental history with positive references from current and prior landlord, no evictions or unpaid judgements or excessive collections.
- If your eviction is less than 2 years old or is in open case status with the courts, we probably will not be able to work with you.
- If approved, you are required to provide Proof of Renter's Insurance. Renter's insurance is required prior to receiving keys. World
- Property Management LLC must be listed as “Additional Insured” not additional interest.
- If approved, Proof of WE Energies installed in your name will be required prior to receiving keys. - A person whose application is denied may not reapply for 90 days
- 3 to 4 business days to process applications.
