PETS: Small (under 25 lbs) pets/negotiable with an additional $500.00 deposit per approved pet (Pets over 30 pounds must be pre-approved by owner, additional $500 deposit plus $100 monthly pet rent per approved pet). Tenant pays all utilities (City of Poulsbo (water, storm water, sewer), Bainbridge Disposal (trash), PSE (electric)). (MP) Home is currently occupied, please do not disturb the current residents. Viewing appointments must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance, and Saturday appointments scheduled by noon on Friday. Income Qualification: An applicant's gross monthly income (pre-taxes) must be at least 3x the amount of the monthly rental rate.
