Overall rating
Parking is pretty limited. Not much guest parking and street parking recently became unavailable. It’s south Everett close to hwy 99 so pretty often you’ll see unhoused people outside the street. Amenities are being improved I guess? I don’t care much for them. As far as value the apartment themselves aren’t bad but if you’re on a floor with someone above you, you will hear them. They charge charge communal space electricity which most often comes out being more than what I pay for my individual electric for my unit kind of wack but it is what it is I guess. Not terrible but you can probably find better and I probably won’t be extending my lease after it’s up.
