Situated in a beautiful subdivision that is in the country but not far from premier shopping. Yorktown beach is nearby as well as great dining, and entertainment. This home has a light, open feeling as you enter with a vaulted entry way. There is a new large deck at the rear for entertaining. The 2nd floor has both a front stairway as well as a back stairway leading to the 4th bedroom or 2nd family room. All 4 bedrooms are on the 2nd floor which is fully carpeted while the downstairs has newly refinished hardwood floors throughout. You will find excellent schools for all ages.
