We allow cats and dogs with breed and weight restrictions. Cat's MUST be litter box trained. Maximum 2 animals per unit. Monthly animal rent is $50 per animal. Animal deposit is $350 ($100 non-refundable) for one pet and $500 ($150 non-refundable) for 2 animals.

Breed Restrictions will apply- Akitas, American Staffordshire Terriers, Chows, Presa Canarias, German Shepherds, Rottweilers, Pit bulls, Doberman Pinchers, Wolf or Wolf Hybrids; or any mix of these.
