* Maximum 4 adults or 5 total residents.
* Pets: 1 small or medium dog or cat allowed. Breed and weight restrictions apply. Small pets will require $75 more in monthly rent and $1,000 additional deposit ($100/$1,500 for pets over 25 lbs).

Additional $28 monthly for resident benefit package which includes: free online payments, 24/7 emergency contact, online tenant portal, online lease document storage, online maintenance requests, home buyer assistance, one time return payment fee forgiveness and furnace filters shipped directly to the home when it's time to change.
