This is a unique rental and location. The townhome sits above a commercial space that is leased separately. The townhome rental includes the 2nd and 3rd floor, and also includes the 2 car garage on the 1st floor. Plenty of visitor parking also exists and is never fully occupied. Although the rental space sits above the commercial space, there is no access to the rental space from the commercial space. Each have their own entrances.
Upstairs:
3 bedrooms and two baths. The master bedroom has it's own full private bath (bath tub with shower), vanity, and walk-in closet. The other two bedrooms share a full bath in the hall. The laundry room also sits on the 3rd floor.
Main floor:
Kitchen, 1/2 bath, pantry, storage closet, dining area and family room. There is a porch that can accomodate a BBQ and chairs and also includes a storage closet.
1st Floor:
You can enter the unit from the front or the back. If you enter through the back you'd be entering via the garage. If you enter from the front you'll enter the door titled "A" for Unit A. Unit B is the commercial space.
Commerical space is also available to rent for $800/month.
