* Prior to applying, we advise groups of 3 or more non-related applicants to check with the city for non-related occupancy ordinances.
* Pets: Small dog allowed. Additional $75 monthly rent and $750 deposit will apply. Inquire about restricted breeds and other details.
Additional $33 monthly for resident benefit package which includes: online payments, 24/7 emergency contact, online tenant portal, online lease document storage, online maintenance requests, home buyer assistance, one time return payment fee forgiveness and furnace filters shipped directly to the home when it's time to change.
