AVAILABLE May 1st. Pet Friendly town home "End Uni t"in Golf View subdivision is available to rent. Home has 1250 sqf, 2 large bedrooms, master walk-in closet, 1/5 bathrooms, washer/dryer hookups (set available to rent for $25 a month) , 1 car garage, 1 parking space and is a close to a community play ground. Home located close to schools, grocery stores, restaurants, hiking, skiing, water park and only 3 miles from I 15 Interstate. Security Deposit / fee $1600.00 ($1100.00 Refundable). Dogs and Cats are allowed up to 75lbs. (NO MONTHLY PET FEE). $500.00 pet deposit (per pet) / fee required and ($200.00 per pet) is refundable) dependent on condition after move out. Resident responsible for all Utilities including power, and gas. HOA, Water, Sewer and Trash, is paid by property manager.

We are a member of the good landlord program, we work on a first serve, first come basis. In addition, we review the following information to help us come to a decision.
- Rent is $1600.00
- Security Deposit / Fee $1600.00 ($500.00 lease initiation and carpet cleaning).
- Pet Deposit / Fee $500.00 ($200.00 refundable dependent on condition after move out)
- Water, Sewer, Trash and HOA is included with rent. Tenants responsible for Gas, Power and any amenities
- Application fee $55.00 Non-Refundable
- Gross monthly income must be at least 3 x monthly rent
- Applicants must have a favorable credit history ( Minimum Credit score 700 or above).
- Applicants must be employed and able to furnish acceptable proof of required income
- Applicants must have good references concerning rental payment, house keeping, and property maintenance from all previous landlords
- We limit the number of occupants to no more then 2 + 1 per bedroom (State law)
- NO Smoking or Vaping on or in Property (Very expensive to mitigate).
- No assignment or subletting of lease
- Must carry a renters insurance policy with 500k personal liability and list CJL Property Management LLC : Stone Gate Series as an additional insured
